The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing stay, and there's a lovely pool area that invites you to unwind after a long day. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere yet still close enough to attractions like the V&A Waterfront.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room were lacking. you'd expect a self-service espresso machine or at least some decent coffee rather than just instant and powdered milk. The bathroom in my room was uncomfortably small and had no windows. The breakfast experience felt a bit managed and underwhelming, particularly since it felt stingy for a place that charges extra for it. the safe in the room wasn't bolted down, which made it feel more like an expensive box than a secure option for your valuables. it's a nice place with some quirks that could use a bit more attention.

Oh, mate, I can’t stop raving about the baked apples! Flipping divine! Plus, the lovely large garden and comfy loungers by the pool were perfect for lounging about after a day of wine tasting. And don't even get me started on the welcoming vibe from the hosts!
Now, while everything sparkled at Summit Place, the bathroom lacked a bit of privacy, which was a tad awkward. But honestly, with the serene atmosphere and beautiful gardens surrounding us, it hardly dimmed our stay!

A warm welcome and beautiful gardens
Nestled in a quiet suburb, the Summit Place Guesthouse offered a welcoming atmosphere with excellent amenities. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained saltwater pool and delightful gardens, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
While the staff were incredibly friendly, the in-room coffee facilities left much to be desired, as only instant coffee was provided rather than a more modern coffee machine.

Both lovable and frustrating
The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating! The peaceful garden was a real treasure, especially with the beautiful plants and soothing koi pond right outside my door.
The lack of a private bathroom door was awkward at times, and the breakfast options could have been clearer. some more variety would have truly enhanced the experience.

The bathroom area lacked a privacy door, which could be a bit awkward when sharing the room.
